Pointing out the flaws should demonstrate proof that she is just pandering to the young vote. I might also add that hard working high school students dedicate themselves in hopes of academic scholarships or entrance into an higher institution. Incentive to try hard in high school will be diminished if everyone is getting the free ride. Competiveness is what makes us better. Without it, we all get participation trophies.
I agree that college is not necessarily best for everyone just like each degree may not be suited to everyone. I was a double major. I paid my way through school. My B.A in Legal Studies B.A in Political Science and minor in criminology never made me a dime however I do bilieve it has saved me more than a dime.
A personal quest for knowledge will likely get a person farther in life if they find out what they are suited for. After spending a year in law school and later spending much time, money and study on numerous certificate programs and licencing, I determined i was not suited for these areas. I am now a successful business owner in the Florida trades industry.
The Hillary plan reminds me of the 2004 movie Napoleon Dynamite.
Pedro was running for class president and he did not know what to say in his campaign speech. Napoleon told him to just say " If you vote for me, all of your wildest dreams will come true." The student body cheered and he won.Scott Harperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13111872990902186393noreply@blogger.com
